We had the good fortune to work with Rob Peck on team building and learning how to have fun at work. Zestwork's Rob Peck really brought our team together. His uplifting spirit of fun and hands-on experiential learning methodology worked wonders for our morale. We had high expectations for Zestwork's team-building sessions, and I'm delighted to attest that both Rob's initial and follow-up trainings delivered just the results we were hoping for.

Rob's got a great knack for finding the funny side and tying in the joy of laughter with some very solid content and immediately applicable skills. The fact that he took the time to learn something about our company and came in with such a good handle on our needs and concerns broke down a lot of barriers and created a very positive rapport right from the start.

Subsequent staff comments confirmed my personal observations that the blend of topical humor and targeted exercises kept people's attention fully engaged. The hands-on trust and team-building activities were well designed to our specific goals, and brought out a host of creative skills and inter-connections we didn't even know we had! I especially enjoyed the object lessons Rob put us through involving juggling and improvisation. What we learned from doing them about ourselves and our colleagues has deepened our ties and given us as a company a very optimistic view of our future.
