I am writing to let you know what a great job you did with your Keeping All The Balls In The Air! (How to Cope with Constant Change- & Still Stay Sane!) presentation for our International Conference. You really did your homework in preparing for, and tailoring, the presentation to make it relevant to our wide ranging group of managing attorneys from several different firms. Working with you ahead of time was a pleasure, and your attention to detail about what truly matters to our audience really paid off. 

 The feedback I got from others about your performance was also terrific and unanimous.  This is a tough crowd for humor, but you were a really big hit, which made us look very good as the hosts. I received a number of compliments about how well you understood our challenges, and tailored your comedy and your content in a way that really made it relevant for everyone, even including those representing firms abroad.

Our Bridge Group had a business meeting afterwards and the energy from your performance carried over into our subsequent brainstorm session.  Those in our group are successful, which sometimes can mean they are too content to keep the ship pointed in exactly the same direction.  Your presentation left many far more willing to think, as you put it, “outside the briefcase”.  Energized by your uplifting program, we were able to take a fresh and more motivated look at our formerly, “unsolvable” problems.  This was just the type of boost we were looking for to catalyze more creative thinking and innovative alternatives.

True to form your subsequent in-house program garnered rave reviews as well.  I’m glad we decided to video tape this one so we can share it with our satellite offices and affiliates. Once again your due diligence- digging up inside jokes and creating customized comedy, worked beautifully to break the ice and build rapport. We are so excited about exploring additional trainings with you as we continue to push the innovative envelope at the firm.
