I have had the pleasure of watching Rob Peck's motivational performance twice over the past two years; once for our local Chamberof Commerce membership, and once at an event for an outgoing senior executive on my hospital staff. His message, and the delivery of that message, are entertaining and can be quite powerful.

In industries going through extraordinary change, leadership can be all- consuming, and many executives, me included, find it difficult to balance personal and professional lives. Rob Peck takes the time to learn about your culture, and the language it uses, to turn the mirror of our often frenzied and frequently futile behavior back on ourselves in a gentle and kind, yet hilarious, way.

Rob has several wonderful skills. First, his ability to learn beforehand about your workplace and the way things get accomplished (or not), is extraordinary. Second, his performance, which highlights the tension of trying to stay balanced in stressful environments, is both illustrious and very, very funny. I recommend Rob Peck and Zestworks if you are looking to learn and entertain at the same time. You will not be disappointed!
